(IPHT), Albert-Einstein-Str. 0, 07745 Jena, Germany, as the responsible party in the sense of the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), explain which personal data we process when you visit our website and use our online services. We can assure you that all data transmissions in connection with our website are made via an SSL-encrypted connection.

External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

The processing of the collected data, such as master data (names, addresses), contact data (e-mail, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. texts) is carried out to answer contact requests and for communication for the purpose of contract performance and in the case of pre-contractual inquiries on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b. DSGVO, or on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your re-quest, unless there are legal obligations to retain data.

 

Logging and creation of log files

When visiting our website, a number of technical data are logged. This general data and information is stored in the server’s log files. Currently, the following data is recorded:

The processing of personal data is carried out for the provision of the website as well as for trouble-shooting and clarification of abuse or fraud on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The deletion of the log files takes place after 365 days.

 

Searchfunction

When you initiate a search, your query is passed to our search engine. During the search, it is stored when which search term was searched for and how many search results there were. An assignment to a user is not possible. Otherwise, the previous statements on data collection and storage apply.

 

Cookies and analysis & tracking services

We do not use cookies or other tracking & analysis services on our website.

 

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts in different browsers of our website visitors and for the technically secure, maintenance-free and efficient use of fonts, as well as taking into account possible licensing restrictions for their integration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

Data is not transmitted to Google, as the fonts are installed on our local server.

 

Information on data subject rights

Data subjects may at any time request information about the personal data concerning them and, if necessary, request rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, or object to processing. There is also a right to data portability in their favor. Furthermore, if the data processing is carried out on the basis of consent, this can be revoked at any time for the future. In addition, pursuant to Art. 77 DS-GVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if it is suspected that the processing of personal data is unlawful.

With regard to the assertion of data subject rights, we would like to point out that these should at best be addressed directly to the respective operator of the social network in order to obtain comprehensive measures. Only the operators have access to all of the collected personal data of the users and can accordingly provide more comprehensive information and take any measures.
